    Prompt contact and arrival as agreed. Polite and personable. Could not fix issue. Advised not economical repair - fair. Untidy: left drain hose loose leaking onto wood floor and did not empty water he added to test (we were able to do so) or tidy/ leave dishawer/ kitchen as found so we had to sort ourselves. Disappointing

    Engineer showed up promptly within 30 mins after the booking. He was courteous asking if I wanted him to take off his shoes before entering. The issue with the dishwasher was diagnosed quickly and advise give on what options were available. After the work was completed the dishwasher was put back and everything tidied up. Impressed with the work and overall knowledge.
