• Boiler replacement and water softener fitting

  I have found Neil very professional, caring and knowledgeable. He identified serious issues with my old boiler which was giving a lot of trouble, and recommended the right boiler replacement and installed it on time, left the house clean and took time to advise me on how to operate the Nest thermostat. Recently he installed a water softener and replaced the kitchen tap. He is a lovely person, cares about his work and customers. I cannot recommend M & N Plumbing enough.

  I contacted Neil about boiler replacement and he was prompt in visiting the property and providing a quote, tailored to my requirements. Having had no hot water for five days, I asked if the boiler could be installed the next day and Neil made it happen. He and Brian are lovely people and thorough professionals. They set about their job and kept me posted on what was happening and how much time it would take. They checked everything was working before they left. Would highly recommend them.

  Great work carried out. Neil went beyond all set expectations to sort things out. It was sort of "holistic" delivery. Additional work was done at no additional cost and the investigation visit wasn't even charged. Neil was very polite, using a compassionate approach talking to us because he learned that we just bought the house and the faulty cylinder was just one of those unpredictable manufacturers' fault.

  Neil was called while we were desperate for an urgent work to be carried out following leak from a cylinder. At the first diagnostic visit, as soon it became aware of the origin of the leak with limited investigation, he advised us accordingly and was very sympathetic of what was happening. Without knowledge that we will be going for the replacement, he decided not to charge us. After agreeing on the work to be done, Neil came on time and worked tirelessly. Precious information were given and additional work done at no cost. I will definitely recommend Neil to friends and family

• Roof ridge tiles re cemented and made good

  Very grateful to M and n plumbing for an excellent job on repairing and resetting our ridge tiles after degraded existing cement failed. The team were polite, efficient, professional and cleared up after themselves. The job was done quickly and it was a pleasure to have the workmen on site.
