    I have been renovating properties throughout Kent for the last 7 years and have always used M & S for my projects. They have worked with me on smaller properties such as one bedroom flats as well as large HMOs. Highly professional, skilled, knowledge, punctual and polite team really help to drive my projects on and achieve a very high standard. Very ompetitively priced and I would have no hesitation in recommending Matthew, Shaun and their great team! The most recent project was a very dated 3 bedroom property that required a full rewire and will soon feature on Homes under the Hammer!

We pride ourselves on the feedback we get from our clients as to the manor and quality of our workmanship and politeness and understanding of our engineers. Our team is made up of 18 qualified professionals, who work to our high expectations and ensure the safety of our clients.

We house a manned office 5 days a week from 8am - 6pm in order to be responsive to your needs and help guide you through the process.

We have been trading successfully since 2015 when we incorporated and have grown in both size and complexity which helps us give you confidence in our company. We are Napit regulated and associated with both Check-a-trade and Which trusted traders.

Our company provides services from small to large and of variating specifications.

Electrical services including EICR ( Landlords Electrical installation Certificate), Call outs, Rewires, Domestic and Commercial, New build installation, Garden and external lighting and power, we also now specialise in renewable products such as Battery-storage/ EV car chargers
