  Needed a quick temporary repair to a flat annexe roof. James responded quickly, arriving when he said he would, identified the problem and suggested a temporary fix. This was carried out on the spot. Requested a quote for permanent work, which arrived the next day.

  Stay AWAY from M&S roofing. They are thieves. They made us pay for the scaffolding just to give a quote and then when we said we were getting other quotes, they quickly removed the scaffolding even though we had paid for it. After receiving another quote from an honest roofer we found out that the entire roof did not require replacing like M&S roofing said it did, They were lying. We only needed to spend around £500 rather than the £15,000 that M&S roofing quoted.

  James and his team did a great job. Once the scaffold is up he gets to work and the job is done very quickly and efficiently. He is always available to contact which is so important. This is the second time I’ve used M&S this year. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
