10Verified ReviewMy water pump broken need urgently being replaced, since there’s no hot water coming out from the shower. Michael turn up on time. He fitted the new pump and made it not so noisy. Since I told him, The old one sounds like jet roaring and the floor vibrating when it’s on.

7.25Verified ReviewCame out soon after contacting to have a look; established likely source of leak explained options for repair. Recommended fixtures to purchase which was helpful. Had to chase for a response a few times but got repair booked in. New tap and hand shower and replaced washer/bolts on loo cistern where leak was coming from. Few days later noticed water was still dripping from cistern - contacted them and was told they’d look to come out again. Followed up with messages including photos to show continuing leak but no response which is disappointing.
