  I chose Martin at Manor Projects to build a standalone garage and office room, I was delighted with the end result which was finished on time and well within my budget. It has transformed the space we have. Martin was thorough, organised, tidy and kept me informed as the project progressed. As I’m not familiar with the process of planning controls and all the paperwork that comes with a new building project, Martin helped me to navigate all that side of things which was very reassuring for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin and his team for any building project, large or small.

• Cloakroom renovation

  We cannot speak highly enough of the builder and would recommend him to anyone. He worked hard throughout the time he was here and with his knowledge and skills renovated the cloakroom, that required substantial work due to damp and the floor being rotten. The damp had also spread to the hallway flooring that he rectified. We are delighted with the end result and can’t thank him enough. If you are looking for a reliable and expert builder then look no further.

  After drawing out some Designs I got in contact with Martin from Manor projects. The project was a large total refurb of a 1960s dorma bungalow, removing walls, 2 new bathrooms and a complete re plaster. Martin checked these designs out made some great suggestions on how best to complete the project. Martin laid out a payment plan gave very clear Start and end dates. From the start to finish Martin was extremely professional and a seriously hard worker! He kept costs to a minimum and the quality of the work is extremely high. I highly recommend Martin and Manor Projects.
