  Keith was open to a wide range of requests, beyond plumbing, his quote was very reasonable, his explanations and proposed approach made sense, and he visited when he was working in the area, meaning no call out charges. I plan on requesting his services when I get to those jobs.

• Thermostatic Mixer Shower Replacement

  Our old concealed thermostatic mixer shower was leaking and not mixing the water correctly. Keith was willing to take on the job despite me being unable to give him any information about what he would find when he removed the old shower (it was installed by the previous owners). Fortunately he worked out that the mixer valve could be replaced without removing the whole unit so it was an easier fix than expected.

  Rob is easy to deal with, even when most of our communications is via email and messaging app. The quotation pricing has been kept to, which is good. He's also kept me up-to-date with progress, and a couple of times have worked well into the night to complete the job. Workmanship is good, and he's tidied up after himself well.
