    My bedroom door lock had broken and the key would not work, called Mark and asked for a quote - he asked for photos so he could give the quote correctly- sent photos and he called back straight away with the quote which i accepted. He arrived in less than 10 mins and managed to get me back in my bedroom! Absolutely fantastic service, tidy and polite would definitely recommend his services, thank you!

    Called mark 1 locks at about 7pm on Monday as lock on door was broken he came out within the hour fixed lock. Lock needed to be replaced so came back and replaced it the next day. Brilliant and highly recommended.

    Got stuck in the house on Good Friday as front door lock broke. Phoned Mark who was round within half an hour and had the door open quickly. He replaced the lock and thankfully we now have a working front door! Very efficient, friendly and reasonably priced.
