    Mark attended promptly and carried out one repair and returned at a later time to carry out the second repair. There was a small leak discovered during his work (not related to his job) and we asked for him to return and replace a flexible outlet pipe. Unfortunately he did not attend when agreed and despite several calls and messages there has been no further contact. Hopefully there is not a serious problem but maybe Mark is unable to work at the moment. We have had to go elsewhere.

    Mark was prompt and friendly. He replaced a siphon in one cistern and removed a partial blockage from the float valve in another. He had to go and get some more equipment and did not charge for the time. The overall cost for Mark`s work was very reasonable indeed. I recommend and will use the services of Mark again.

With many happy and returning customers over the last 23 years, you can be sure of being well looked after. My aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. I carry out all work myself and will be your single point of contact. My customers often comment that I am approachable and cheerful; I find that a positive attitude always helps projects run smoothly with good communication throughout. All work has a one years guarantee included as standard on all completed work.
