  The painting in all the rooms was done to the highest quality and standard. All prep work on the walls etc was done beforehand and can’t fault the painting of the walls, skirting, ceiling and doors. Excellent work, professional throughout and would definitely highly recommend to friends and family.

  Mark Houlston responded to our request for a quote quickly and provided what we considered a very reasonable quote (decoartion of Sitting room, Bedroom, hall, stairs and landing). Due to a number of commitments on our side it was difficult to book the work in but Mark was accomodating and worked round us which we really appreciated. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the decorator was always on time. Everything was protected while he worked and his snagging was impeccable. We would definately use this company again and highly recommend them.

  Our decorator had recently retired and we wanted a reliable ongoing new decorator. This longstanding family led firm near us has filled the bill! Mark Houlston Sr. Quickly came out to assess the work and gave us a very reasonable quotation. Mark (no relation) came to do the work over 2 days. He was polite, friendly, helpful and cleared up as he went along. We are very happy with the results. We have also accepted the quotation to paint the outside of our house later this year.
