    Contacted very late on Friday as boiler had broken down. Replied with a quote shortly after and paid deposit Saturday morning. Work completed on Monday to a very good standard! Very happy that the down time for our hot water was minimal thanks to Steve at Marshall gas!

    From Steve (visit and later quote) to Jo (phone and enquires) to engineers, Liam, Ryan and Matt, a very pleasing and trouble free experience. Their calm approach to what we thought would be a very difficult process was certainly refreshing. Arrived on time, got straight on with the work (after laying protective cover for stairs, carpet etc). Any questions we asked were politely answered and we were informed at all times of what was happening next. The engineers were polite and very tidy, all rubbish was removed. Will use again, but hopefully not in the near future :-) Thank you Marshall Gas.

    Setting the scene - 23rd December 11:45pm Our boiler isn’t firing up and it’s freezing which also means no hot water for us :( I reach out to Joanne and Steve who have closed for christmas but as they remember us from recent services and repairs, I receive a voice note with a simple instruction on how to fix during their personal time. Worked an absolute treat. I cannot explain how grateful we are and how wonderful, friendly and understanding these guys are! We will never offer anyone else our business. Thank you! What's Included 

When servicing your boiler we will start with a visual review of its installation to ensure its positioning complies with current regulations and standards. All our servicing engineers are Gas Safe registered and are trained to recognise any issues that may give cause for concern. We will always give you honest advice.  

The next step is to check the basic operation of your boiler to check for any potential faults. The boiler casing will be removed and the main working components of your boiler checked and tested. This stage will also include a check to ensure there is no blockage in the flue. If any damaged or faulty components are identified by our engineer you will be advised, and a quotation will be given in respect of any additional costs that will be incurred for the repair or replacement of said components in order to ensure the on-going safety of your boiler. 

 The final step before issuing the service report is a gas tightness test to ensure there are no leaks.  

  

We aim to complete a boiler service within 45 minutes however if damaged/faulty components are found during the service additional time or a return visit may be necessary

We appreciate that the cost of a new boiler may be an unexpected expense however; our aim is to provide the best possible advice for a replacement boiler that suits you as well as your pocket. We will always give you honest and cost effective impartial advice, backed up by a first class service delivery.

If your boiler is showing signs of wear and tear it may be time to consider a replacement. With the average cost of a simple boiler repair being around £250 it would make sense to invest in a new one that could be guaranteed for up to 10 years, rather than having to face on-going maintenance costs.
