    From the moment I made the call to Martin West Creations. I felt I would be a valued customer ..The service was amazing . The initial quotation ,the planning,help and guidance was second to none.. the designer was an expert in his field. The installers were extraordinary in fitting our bedroom. They Were extremely professional .I would have no hesitation in recommending this company . I will be using them again in the future..

  • Design, supply, and fit two sets of wardrobes

    I was a little late for the design appointment but the lovely sales person was very understanding and patiently waited for me without any fuss. There were no ‘salesy’ monologues or pushy tac-ticks like some companies. I was kept updated on the progress of my order by the same charming sales person at least once a week, which I greatly appreciated. The fitting was seamless and completed perfectly. I LOVE my new wardrobes and if I had more bedrooms to furnish, I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Customer service was exceptional and definitely an experience I’ll never forget. A huge thanks !

    What a great experience! From my first phone call with the team to the project being completed, It was seamless! We were really unsure on ideas for our project and the designer Harpal helped guide us through the best utilisation of our space and wow! It looks great! Couldn't be happier!!!

    Fitters didn't seem to know that trims would need to be fitted where the old frame had been taken off, although I had sent in a photo. Exterior door handles were wrong ones; told they couldn't be changed. They suggested fitting trims inside the existing alcove which would have left gaps where the dado rail and skirting ended on the wall! Cut through coving for the top panel. No dust sheets put down so had to vax carpet. I paid an extra £200 for the top panel and now I need to find/pay someone to finish it off, after asking if they could do this. Disappointing. The wardrobe itself is very nice.
