• Immersion water heater - changing the element and wiring

  The Marvellous engineer gave a detailed quote with photos explaining the problem: the heating element needed to be replaced and wiring to the timer fixed and then came back and dealt with the issue efficiently and with more photos showing the work (important to me as I am not resident at the property). My tenants were really pleased, the problem was solved and I found dealing with them over the 'phone and via e-mail really easy and straightforward. I was very pleased with them and have used them on other issues a couple of times since and would have no hesitation recommending them.

• Bathroom and Kitchen

  Marvellous have been our regular plumber over the last few years and we would never go with anyone else given the solid work done each time. So much so we've recommended them to the rest of the block and I hear that Marvellous are now the regular for the other flats. We've had a lot done from new shower fittings, radiator flushing and new taps in the kitchen as well as fixing leaks from upstairs. Marv is also incredibly courteous and a pleasure to engage with. Simply brilliant service.

  Marv has done a few different jobs for us over the years, and has always provided amazing service - high-quality, quick and rigorous - and is always extremely friendly and professional. He now does work for all our neighbours too, who are equally impressed with him and his workmanship. Can't recommend enough!

  We have used Marvellous a few times for repairs to radiators, boiler, and recently a boiler service. Same experience as many of the other reviews here - such incredibly nice guys, really good at their jobs (they fixed a smart thermostat issue that the installer couldn't), and just amazing integrity - they've always delivered to quote (or less!) and let us know when things didn't need doing or we could do it in a more cost effective way. Honestly such a pleasure to deal with - we really appreciate them.
