  Geraint has done a wonderful job on or organising his subcontractors on the jobs we needed doing. Kept us posted throughout the process, never had to worry about him not being around when he said. Will definitely use again when any jobs arise.

  Geraint was great. Clearly communicated on the work plus always friendly and cheerful. When challenges arose in the project he found solutions without impacting budget. Finished work was quality. Would be my go to for any future buiding project

  Geraint and his team did an amazing job making over our dated 1930’s semi. The main works were a new bathroom, removing dated heating, plastering and changing around the layout of doors, windows and radiators to make the space work for us. Then decorating to leave it feeling fresh and modern. Geraint worked to the budget we had, giving us options and advice along the way. He came as a recommendation from friends and I have recommended him further, and will definitely be back in touch for future works. A very professional and friendly service, by an experienced team who take pride in their work.

  It wasn’t just kitchen fitting, two rooms were knocked into one and that needed new ceilings, walls plastered, electrics, plumbing in fact the works!!! Masons Developments did not did not fail in any aspects of the work. A lovely clean finish, honest and reliable, can’t fault any aspect of the work, so much so they have been back and built me a fitted wardrobe in a bedroom, renewed my out of date shower. Infact wouldn’t ask anyone else to do work for me. Such a lovely personal touch
