  The trader was very unpolite. Does not manage to schedule no rush meeting when he is not ill. Then he sends a quote and when we ask for explanation on it he said that he just rely on the sowtware to do the calulations and when we ask why the calculations are not clear then he is not able to explain and decided to pass on the job. very shade practice i guess on your own risk.

  Matstone Projects have recently managed our project to convert Garage into Children bedroom with ensuite. They were very helpful from beginning of the project, helped us in creating our own design best suited for us and also managing expectations in terms of Cost Vs desired outcome. They completed the project on time even after numerous last minute requests. We are very happy with our experience with them.

  Matstone has an excellent team of skilled people in plumbing, electrics, roofers, plastering etc. The work was done on time and within budget, which was a big plus. They supported in obtaining planning permission, structural drawing, party wall award, building control permission and construction. Their works were highly professional that, includes large size tiling on all 4 toilets, installing a luxurious kitchen, high-end fitted wardrobes, underfloor heating, wooden floor, carpets, bifold, gas to electric conversion with new wiring, new plumbing, all 3 floors of internet coverage and etc.

  We hired matstone project to do strip out and completely refurbish our 3 bed house and ground floor extension before moving in. Matstone project was a pleasure to have around the house, he kept communication up at all times and informed us of any issues that arose. The quality of the work was really good and we would not hesitate to use him again!
