  Fantastic and I don't say that lightly as I set high expectations but he definitely went beyond I expected. Skilled craftsman are hard to come by these days and also ones that take pride in their work which clearly does, he even swept each day before they left site. Quote was competitive versus 5 other roofers but the way he reassured us and defined exactly what it would look like finished with sample photos even sent to us and a specific finish date promised meant we had to go with Sean. So glad with the work and quality finish/detail. Honestly cant recommend Sean enough, great guy too.

  Sean did a great job. From the beginning was polite, friendly & courteous. Communication was excellent and kept us informed throughout the process of his arrival times. Standard of the shed roof was fantastic and can’t fault it at all, very pleased with the result and would recommend the service he provided. Simply put the process was easy from start to finish and as a customer I like that a lot.

  Sean was friendly and prompt in coming to identify the cause of our leaking flat roof. He quickly identified the issue and made recommendations for how to fix this. I felt he was experienced and trustworthy. He was communicative, letting us know when he would be able to complete the job and on the day, he and his colleague completed the job quickly, were polite and cleared everything up after themselves. I would recommend Sean.

  Very good service. Sean kept us up to date as the constant heavy rain delayed the start date a bit. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I'd definately use Sean again and recommend him.

• Fatra roof on outhouse

  Sean and team fitted a new Fatra roof on a brick outbuilding. Came and gave us a competitive quote really quickly, and came to fit the roof a day after accepting the quote which was super quick. The job was carried out to an extremely high standard and took less than half a day. Would definitely recommend Maunder Roofing, top job.
