    The key was forced in from the outside and connecting to key on the inside thus making the lock unusable- Micheal called me at about 08.05 just as I had finished entering the details - he said he would be with me between 10.00 and 10.30 and as good as his word was here at 10.15 - excellent job and even raised the door slightly - I would most certainly use him again If the need arose
