  • Waste disposable Unit under kitchen sink was removed as it was leaking

    Mr McCluskey arrived punctually. He was extremely polite and immediately attended to the problem under the sink. He swiftly collected all tools and removed the bulk waste unit and replaced it with very neatly fitted pipes. He completed this work with in 45 mins No hassle no excuses no long lectures that some cow boy trade men would do. Mr Michael McCluskey is a highly professional Plumber, First rate, top class. My husband and I are so very impressed by his workmanship and we can safely add, that we will be hiring him again for all future work. We will also be recommending him.Thank you

    We had a leaking water pump that needed to be replaced. We had recently moved into the property and the existing plumbing wasn't set up in the most obvious way. Michael therefore needed to do a fair bit of investigative work as well. The work was of a high quality and so I would recommend him.

    The Shower Room needed to be stripped back to the walls and re tiled due to poor workmanship of the original installer, I had 5 cracked tiles, upon doing this work it was discovered that the plasterboard walls had not been unibonded with suitable PVA so the tiles just popped off! Also loft insulation had been used instead of sound slab on stud wall. The Plasterboard was removed and Hardibacker board used and correctly sealed and was now plumb. The room now looks the same, however all the faults have been corrected.

Here I provide a wide range of plumbing, central heating, bathroom and boiler services for all members of the general public, as well as businesses and landlords who are seeking landlord gas safety certificates in Surrey, London.

I am an industry approved plumber and certify all necessary works that are required by the building regulations.

I qualified in 1983 and continue to take gas exams every 5 years.

I carry out a wide range of gas installations in Surrey, London, and other areas, ranging from:

* Full Central Heating Systems
* Landlord Gas Safety Reports

I find all aspects of plumbing and heating enjoyable and have steadily built up a number of regular customers who confidently return for business. I am willing to discuss needs and budgets and only install quality products.  I do not sub-contract work out.

I am a member with the Institute of plumbing so that we get top quality advice and technical help when required.
