    Dishonest and unreliable! Paid a deposit nearly 3 months ago but he made excuse after excuse why he couldn't do the work. Emails requesting refund of deposit are being ignored.

    Originally started with a leak from my toilet and he came and tried to fix it but ended up needing a whole new toilet. When he came back to do that I also got the bath and sink taps replaced. He stuck to the quoted price both times, was either on time or early, friendly and explained what needed to be done clearly. Great service and would definitely recommend.

    Hired to fit a new bathroom. Sadly the standard was poor. Entire suite was fitted and had multiple leaks that were 'fixed' on various occasions. We trusted in full, but this trust was severely broken. A reputable plumber has been sourced to check and correct the entire project. Tile spacers weren't always used and silicone is messy; needs to be removed and replaced. Matt damaged suite and flooring (no protection). I was verbally abused by subcontractors in my own home Matt did nothing to help the situation and refused to even make contact. Rushed, terrible work.

    Matt did a good job fitting walk in shower,toilet and basin. He has a friendly personality, was punctual and took on board any points I made. The toilet changeover was kept to a minimum as we only have one in the house All rubbish was quickly cleared. Unfortunately Matt picked up a chest infection but was soon back at work. I have already recommended him to a business friend.
