  Contacted me more or less straight away on a Monday. We arranged for him to come Thursday 9am. Thursday came and went, no sign or communication. When I emailed him asking where he says he said he had Friday 9am. It’s now the following Monday and he still hasn't turned up to give me a quote or emailed me back. Really unprofessional and unreliable. Just doesn't give me a good impression. I took two mornings off work to wait for him to come and he didn’t bother nor did he even let me know he wasn’t coming

• Leak in bathroom

  Mark arrived early and checked what needed to be done. Explained my options to fix the problem clearly. Got on with the job and even did a few extra bits for me. Everything done and gave me some extra advice as the leak caused so damage downstairs. I’ll definitely use him again if needed. Good price and a nice bloke
