Good prompt communication throughout and was happy to answer any questions before job given. Fitted extractor fan efficiently, tidied up and gave additional advice which was really helpful. Would highly recommend. Really lovely chap.

Electric boiler not working December weekend

Late Friday evening my electric boiler stopped working. I called Foxx and he said he could get to me Saturday morning. I had already worked out the the mains switch had physically broken and needed replacing. While at the apartment he also pointed out several other bits that had been dodged and so he will return in January. £125 callout change may seem expensive but someone reliable who turns out at short notice is invaluable. He told me that he does not normally work Saturdays so 10 out of 10 for simply turning up

Thermostat repair

Foxx was brilliant. Before even coming round went through some steps with me on the phone to see if the stat had simply for a flat battery, free of charge. When we established it needed replacing, gave me several options and was very transparent about pricing. Foxx also took the time to show me the wiring and appliance being tested and explain the results. 10/10, super friendly and polite, will definitely be hiring again.
