    After being let down by another company that didn't turn up, I called these and they got us booked in for the next day. Terry was brilliant from start to finish. Very polite and friendly. He was tidy while working, got into some tight areas we didn't think could be done. Carpets have come up amazin. We tried hiring in carpet cleaners todo it ourselves, didn't do anything and odours came back. Very happy and can't recommend these enough.
