  They turned up at the time agreed, removed the existing door making virtually no mess, and installed the new door to a very high standard. Thank you to Rob and Reece for a job well done. I would highly recommend them if you need work done and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future.

• Replacement door as previous door’s locking system wouldn’t unlock

  Came twice to attempt to open door but couldn’t. New door needed. Was told would be 4-6 week lead time but when asked to come as soon as possible as crawling through an open panel at the bottom wasn’t ideal with a bad knee & back, they came a week later to install. Good communication to get resolved quickly. Rob & Bill very polite and accommodating to the situation I had the morning of the install. Left the area clean & tidy.

  From start to finish Merstham Glass have been professional polite and efficient. When I first contacted them, a visit was arranged really quickly followed by a very competitive quote along with great advice. The work was then arranged as planned and the communication was great. Installation day came and Rob and Bill were fabulous. They arrived on time, were friendly, polite and tidy and the new windows look fab!   Rob and Bill fitted our bedroom window today. We have used Merstham Glass for many years and have never been disappointed. Good quality product. Courteous, friendly service. The window was fitted with minimum disruption. Dust sheets were laid prior to starting work. All mess was cleared up. Thank you!

  Very punctual, have done a really nice job fitting the door, the finishing touches were great and the door looks lovely. All questions answered and great help learning new lock. Happy to come back and fit chain if I change my mind.
