• Ironwork on top of brick wall to my patio.

  Darren was very explicit from the outstart, explaining exactly what was going to happen to the top of the brick wall surrounding my garden. He has finished the job, on time and it looks superb, much nicer than I thought it was going to be. Darren is easy to discuss various options with, and he is happy to explain all the ways of doing the job to create the best look. The finish is extremely good with all his expertise he did not leave anything out. Very happy with his work.

• Metal gate adjustment

  Darren installed a side gate and railings for us many years ago. It was a brilliant job but after many trouble free years, this year we started to have difficulty unlocking and locking the gate - the two bolts from the lock box no longer fitted easily in their holes because the gate appeared to have dropped a little. Darren came and adjusted the top hinge to lift the gate slightly and everything fits perfectly again. He also showed me how to do it and gave me some useful tips on maintenance.

  From the first visit to discuss the job, it was obvious Darren was meticulous in the detail and very proffessional. He had lots of advice on the design and so easy to talk too. In very good time the gate and frame was made and finished to a very high standard. Darren made a wonderful job of fitting it and the result is nothing short of perfection. I really didn't think this quality of work could be found these days and at a very reasonable price. I couldn't recommend Darren highly enough.
