8Verified ReviewMark Hobson installed a new Combi Boiler replacing the old gravity system. He changed the original pipework, central heating and domestic hot water, he introduced a Hive WiFi control. He is very experienced in this type of work, being reliable, tidy and informative. I would recommend him to anyone who required this type of work to be carried out.

10Verified ReviewMark arranged a prompt viewing of an old boiler that had stopped working and was able to clean and repair it as a temporary measure. When the boiler again stopped working, Mark visited that day to assess if a further repair would be sufficient. Unfortunately, that wasn't an option, but Mark kindly volunteered to work the Bank Holiday and fit a new one to ensure we weren't without hot water or heating over the long weekend. On both occasions, Mark was punctual and tidy and a pleasure to deal with, always happy to explain what was required and what options were available. Very happy.
