• Leaking gutted repair

  Rang M H Roofing for a quote to repair gutter. Mark answered and said they could visit in a couple of hours. Mark and Adam arrived as promised, assessed the job and have me two options, with no pressure applied. I chose my option and they dismantled the gutters, cleaning them thoroughly and reinstalled them. All the work was carried out efficiently and they were very tidy at all times. I've held this review back until we've had a couple of rainy days to check out the repair. There have been no leaks so I am happy to recommend Mark and his team.

  Arrived as arranged to give a quote. Quoted and did the job there and then. The quote was slightly more than that from someone working on their own, but there were two of them so expected to pay a little more than for a single tradesman (not a horrendous difference). Quoted for a repair and also a replacement if a repair was not possible. Was able to repair it. Cleaned out gutter, removed and refitted it, sealed it and water tested it in front of me. Very pleasant experience, and customer service as it should be. Would certainly use again/ recommend.

  Mark was excellent start to finish. Arranged to come over and give us a no obligation quote quickly, and when he was here he took the time to understand the job properly and didn't put any pressure on us. Good communication leading up to the job, even when there was a slight delay in starting. On the job itself he went the extra mile to explore the issue and get the right fix in place. Lovely bloke, knowledgeable and does good work at a fair price. Would 100% recommend and work with him again.

  Mark got in touch without a couple of hours and was round the next day to do a great job of a thorough replacement of degraded felt, repainting the flashing around the nearby window and thoroughly sealing it. He showed me photos and explained exactly what he was planning and why before going ahead. He also outlined other issues in the roof that should be dealt with, with pictures, and gave ballpark costs for reference but with no pressure and left all decisions to me. Great job done and I really appreciated the clear explanations.
