I am interested in quoting for your proposed works, my fee structure provides a cost effective robust Complete Design package for your proposed works Covering both disciplines of Architectural & Structural services including Building Surveying. All Drawings are provided with full Specification details, and supporting Structural Calculations to comply with the required Building Regulations and any Planning requirements . These will also enable you to obtain accurate quotes from builders and include all items of your proposed works. If you are happy with my guide line prices , I would appreciate a opportunity to quote for your proposed works.

I am fully Insured and qualified with Professional affiliations, I also have over 35 years experience.

I have a lot of experience with Domestic extensions /Loft conversions/ New Builds and Structural Calculations including Party Wall Services.

We have invested in a Leica BLK 360 Scanner and therefore can ensure that all Survey work is 100% Guaranteed & Accurate, as we use a 3D Leica BLK360 3D Scanner which Produces both 2D & 3D Models and drawings as shown on my company profile.
