    We live in a bungalow and after researching cavity wall insulation we decided thermol bead was the best option. This company gave us a realistic quote (we had obtained 3 in total from 2 other companies as well). Dash who came to give us a quote was informative and helpful. The 2 men who came to do the work arrived on time, worked well, were courteous and left our property clean and tidy. . Holes in wall were filled very well and could hardly tell we had had the work done. All cosy now for the colder months

    The two workmen that attended were on time and worked fastidiously while they were with us. The only reason for the lower grade for reliability is that there was an issue with the supplies sent and the team had to go to pick up more. They were clearly not happy about this but didn't give us any advise as to where they had to go to get the supplies. After an hour and a half, I contacted the company, to be advised that they had to go to Worcester but assured us the team would return. They arrived back on site, completed the job and were apologetic about the inconvenience. Site left clean.

    They came on Saturday as agreed and did the job in about 3 hours. It was good value for money; they were the cheapest of 4 quotes. We had the Thermabead option to avoid any damp issues. It has rained hard since and so far we have had no damp issues. I would happily use them a gain.
