    From the point of enquiry, Pat presented me with a wide range of samples for consideration. He carried out a thorough assessment of the floor and made appropriate suggestions in order to achieve the best possible flooring outcome. Pat was transparent in terms of pricing, answering all queries from details of the uplifting and disposal of old the carpets, through to the type of silicone he would use to achieve the best finish. Upon placing my order, I was updated of the progress of it throughout. Pat was very punctual and prompt, arriving in a timely fashion and very meticulous in his work.

    I had carpet fitted on my stairs and I can honestly say I would rate the service 10 out of 10. Pat provided excellent customer service. He arrived promptly, explained the process of fitting the carpet, and was extremely polite and professional. My stairs look exceptionally good, I so please with the outcome. He also ensured he cleaned up any mess he made. If you are looking for a professional carpet fitter, look no further.
