• Large kitchen diner and four bathrooms

  Mihai did an excellent job of laying just under 100m of porcelain floor planks in 4 areas including hall, kitchen/diner, utility room and rear lobby. He also laid wall and floor tiles in 4 bathrooms that needed lots of cuts and a niche in each, plus UFH in 2 of them. His work included laying ditra matting and boards for the bathrooms. He arrived on time every day and worked hard all the time - more so than other trades on site. He was very courteous and gave us lots of advice and suggestions on the wall and floor tile layouts in the bathrooms to incorporate inlaid mirrors etc.

• Random floor tiles lifted and replaced

  Several floor tiles lifted from concrete floor and replaced. Job mostly good but left with 2 cracked tiles that had to be painted over to cover. He priced the job which I accepted but then asked for more money on completion. He needs to price jobs more efficiently
