    Mike came to me a year ago to fit new TRVs all round the house. A nice man, with all the good points a tradesman should have, except.....he failed to tighten a joint on one of the new valves. It was not visible without specifically looking, and went undetected for several weeks.  As a result, the water damage to carpet, rug and parquet flooring amounted to £4,500, and his public liability insurer wouldn't accept the full claim. I had to claim on my own home insurance, and only a week ago received final payment.  Beware.

I have advanced City & Guilds qualification  and have been in the industry since 1992. I take pride in my work and I am very experienced with years of being in trade. 

Work in West Sussex, Chichester and cover the surrounding areas so my customers can be rest assured for me to carry out work for them to a professional standard. I specialise in a range of work in plumbing & bathrooms.
