• Replacement of bath panel and repair of kitchen door

  Martin is always excellent at both the work he undertakes but making it as easy as possible for you as a customer. I sent him pictures of the items we wanted replaced and repaired - a bath panel that was chipped and a kitchen cabinet door that was broken - and he sourced the replacements and squeezed the job in-between other work he had. As ever, the job was done to a very high standard, quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

• Bathroom Refit

  Complete bathroom refit work carried out to a very high standard, resulting in a wonderful new bathroom. Martin is able to do all the work himself except for the electrical work. So this makes the whole refit stress free and as always it's a pleasure to have Martin to carry any home improvements for us. He is a very reliable and tidy worker. He always keeps you well informed of the progress of the project and he is a good problem solver. I can highly recommend him for all types of home improvement projects.

• Bathroom Refresh and Fitted Units Dismantled

  We've worked with Martin Lucas for many years - over ten! He's carried many a job from refitting an entire utility to (this time) dismantling a fitted unit, and refreshing our bathrooms by re-grouting and replacing the sealant. Martin is always courteous and tidy, he's accurate and works hard. If a job isn't his to do (electrics for example) he'll recommend a contact. When we did our utility room with Martin, he was a fantastic interface with the unit suppliers (Howdens) and if anything in the supply chain wasn't right, Martin handled all the follow up calls and details. Much appreciated!

• Bathroom Refurb

  This is the 4th project completed by ML property services at my house, after each day the area was left tidy and I was kept informed at each stage of the project. Part of the installation was to replace the bath with a walk in shower which presented problems with the waste height however a solution was found and now we have a beautiful new bathroom. I have no hesitation in recommending ML property services.

• Renovation of bathroom floor.

  Having previously experienced Martin’s skills when he fitted a utility room with an unusual shape, we were pleased to see him again to re tile a bathroom floor, and we hope early next year he will be back to sort out changes to the other bathroom. The excellent quality of his work speaks for itself and he is very good at suggesting ways of doing things we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. A quality craftsman.
