    Very professional, arrived on time, found the fault, explained it to me. Another part was wearing (10 year old Miele machine) as he had parts on the van he told me how much it would be to deal with it whilst there. Was very reasonable so Mike fixed the potential issue as well. Gave me a few tips on how to use the machine most efficiently and left, all within an hour.
