Michael was helpful, sharing his knowledge on how best to prepare the surfaces for a better finish and was very responsive to questions I had prior to the work starting. Michael arrived to complete the work when agreed and ensured he put protectors on our flooring, fixtures and fittings. All of which was included in the price. The work is a high standard and Michael has advised he will return should we have any problems. Highly recommend.
