    We were recommended to Matt by our Son In law.He came and gave us a quote and explained everything to us,he was very friendly so we knew we would feel at ease with him being in our home.He came when he said he would and worked through till it was completed.He vacuumed and tidied up before he went,we would definitely call on him again and recommend him.

    Matt came to repair all our radiator valves as some were leaking and we were losing pressure to our water/heating. He completed the job thoroughly and made sure everything was checked and working before leaving. He also did a fab job tidying up. We are very pleased with how the job was carried out.     Arrived on time, polite nice man Carried out the service checks. Explained a little bit about the checks He had to take my curtain pole off to gain access to the boiler He put the pole back up when finished, which I thought was very kind.

Hi

I am Matthew Fitzpatrick, owner of MJF Gas Heating and Plumbing. 

I started my business up nearly 2 years ago and I have not looked back, I have 5 years’ experience working with companies and 2 years as a sole trader so 7 in total.
I am a proud ex-soldier who used his resettlement to become a plumber/gas engineer. I am also a dad of 3 young children and married for nearly 8 years. They are the main reason I went self-employed, so I could have flexible working hours for school runs etc.

The work I undertake is everything from garden taps to full central heating systems. Using my wide variety of skills in the trade, my time as a soldier, the knowledge I learned at college and the experience on-site learning my trade, I have become a very competent engineer. I pride myself on great communication with my customers and I always remain professional and leave the area I have been working on as clean and tidy as I found it.
