Leaking cold water tank in loft

On Sunday morning we discovered a leak from our loft, we were really concerned that we might have to wait till Monday to get a plumber out to look at the cause. Spoke with Malcolm who said he would be with us shortly - he duly arrived and diagnosed the problem with the cold water tank in the loft - Fixed the leak and also solved a slow leak in our laundry which had been looked at by 3 previous plumbers. Would highly recommended Malcom and will definitely use him again.

Repairs to unvented hot water system

Malcolm arrived as agreed, replaced several faulty items on my general hot water and unvented hot water system. Work was done swiftly, to an excellent standard, and everywhere left clean and tidy. Price was as quoted. Will certainly be using again for any future plumbing work. What more can you ask?

Flush replacement and toilet bolted down

Within minutes of posting my job, Malc had contacted me with a very reasonable quote and offer to do the job within the hour which was amazing considering this was on a Sunday. He was very professional and polite as well as knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He even did a small unrelated job which was greatly appreciated. After finishing the work and testing everything was fine he then gave free advice on other things we had planned and never tried to sell us on anything, rather he saved us money and time! In short, top bloke, great work and will definitely be using again.
