Disappointed in the survey. When we moved into the property thecold water flow was the absolute minimum. Two taps couldn't be turned on at the same time. . Yorkshire Water came,reported that all was well at their end but also agreed the flow at our first tap was low (7 lit per min) Got plumber in and he discovered the original stop tap which was seized at a half open position and corroded. He replaced it and problem solved. This MUST have been an issue at time of survey. Also ground floor bathroom radiator electric heater not working again cannot have been tested. Cannot get a response.

My boiler pilot light went out and we could not re-ignite it. MJ Ryder has brilliant customer service and came to my property very quickly as I had no heating or hot water and I am 88. Due to the age of my boiler I am now having it replaced to a new combi-boiler in January 2024, MJ Ryder will be carrying out these works.
