  Simon is an absolute gem, and I have no hesitations in recommending him. He is professional, knowledgeable and explains everything so I completely understand. He was invaluable in the winter of 2022 when our boiler packed up, and stopped us all freezing to death, and has conducted a yearly service ever since. 10/10!

• Problem solving heating and hot water system

  We had a lack of hot water and heating for almost a week. Another plumber tried to sort it but didn’t improve it. Simon was brilliant. He spent a long time on the phone gathering information about the problem, visited and fitted a new pump and got our hot water and heating working again quickly. Simon is very courteous and concerned about doing a good job.

  Simon was really helpful - after other local firms ignored requests for help with the job as it was perhaps too small he responded quickly and offered to help. Simon was understanding when I had to rearrange appointments due to family circumstances and worked with me to find a convenient time - he was tidy and helpful when completing the job and did more than he came to, removing excess pipe work that was no longer necessary,

  Simon swooped in just before I was ripped off by British Gas, visited twice during unsocial hours around my work schedule to assess and then repair the issue. He helped me understand a bit more about the problem so I can make informed decisions about my options. I will come back for a full boiler replacement in the next few months, saving me literally thousands in comparison to British Gas. Highly recommend, I’m very grateful for the assistance.

• Boiler Repair

  Engineer was prompt, friendly, well-informed and worked hard. The job was to replace the secondary heat exchanger in my Worcester Compact boiler and then fit a magnetic filter. He involved me as appropriate for positioning etc, and made sure I fully understood how to clean the filter. I have no reservations about recommending this highly-qualified and pleasant young engineer from Bexhill.
