    My initial email enquiry was answered promptly by Matt and a diagnostic visit was arranged for the next day. The call-out cost was very reasonable. Luke, the engineer came exactly at the time he was expected. As a retired Electronic Engineer, I was impressed by Luke's expertise, friendly manner, and the test-equipment he used. Having examined the system, he made his recommendations and prepared a quotation. Normally, I would seek alternative quotations, but my wife and I were happy to go ahead based upon Luke's figures. The work was completed the following day to a high standard.
