I was contacted and Thomas (a partner in Mk construction) came to visit and price up. We’d agreed a price and date for the job, I even messaged the day before to confirm, and then on the day no one turned up. When I contacted to ask for an eta there was no response. And to date I have had no contact or explanation why they did not turn up. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
