  Michael and team provided me with a high quality roof repair. He was thorough in his diagnosis of the work required. This was completed promptly and to a high standard. Communication was timely and photos of all stages of the work were provided. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using MLT Roofing again.

  Michael and all his staff were friendly and polite. When the weather permitted they progressed the work rapidly. The property was left very clean and tidy after each day's work. MLT were were able to salvage some of our chimney pots at no extra cost. Even though this had not been asked for prior to the quote. I would not hesitate to use again.

  Mike and his team were always so helpful and efficient, despite the weather at times causing his work delays, he got the job done incredibly quickly and it looks great. They were always respectful of neighbours (the work required on our house needed scaffolding on our neighbours property). I would definitely recommend using him and his team.

  Michael is a trustworthy and skilled roofer. He is always reliable and quick to come out to assess a roof/building problem. Michael gives proper and good advice. He explains things clearly so that you know what needs doing and how he can help to sort it out. I have used Michael four times to fix different areas of my property and each time his work has been completed to an excellent quality. He has not needed to return to rectify any issues as he does the job properly first time.

  Following a deluge that led to a leaking roof they came to veiw the work at the appointed time. Very knowledgable and we received an estimate within a few days. The quote was reasonable and we gave rhe go ahead, as the roof was leaking we needed the work done quickly, they arrived on the agreed day, carried out all of the work, cleared all mess and rubbish away, provided before and after photos, no more leaks, very pleased, would recommend
