  Initially dealt with kaily via telephone. What a great start that was,great communication and very friendly lady to deal with. Met Richard on the agreed date,on time,explained what was to be done and after the initial hellos got right down to business. Very professional gentleman, polite and talkative and a very good worker. Quality of workmanship is unquestionably excellent. Left workplace clean and tidy and a well fitting and operational door. Can't thank you both enough for a job well done. Highly recommended, even if busy mme windows doors and glazing are well worth waiting for.
