    The company have been very good, prompt with coming to do the quote and sending the written quote out. As well as keeping in contact with us. Due to unforeseen circumstances, unfortunately we are now unable to fund the work so, at the moment we cannot go ahead with the building.

Here at Modern Construction Services Limited we offer a complete turn key solution to your needs where required however we can segment our works to individual tasks. We have a team of 40 plus personnel. 

Specialists in structural repair, and civil engineering. 

Current clients and projects include HMO renovation and restructuring for student accommodation, domestic extensions, insurance work for a structural and geological insurance company.

For the bigger projects we have architects, building control and can even offer finance, we will deal with local authorities on your behalf taking all the stress away from you.

For smaller requirements we are very competitive.

We are new to Checkatrade however we have over 20 years of experience in Construction.

My background (Scott) is from Civil engineering then into construction management working on some very large projects up to £167Million as a Construction manager and project manager. After years of I could do this better I decided to do just that.
