Despite achieving a satisfactory end result, the journey was marred by significant setbacks, including delays, poor communication, subpar workmanship, payment disputes, aggressive behavior, tardiness, and disrespect. While the initial cost was competitive, the overall experience was diminished by the additional time, effort, unexpected charges, and stress. Consequently, the reviewer cannot recommend their services due to these challenges and frustrations.

    Cannot recommend them more. Had an issue with the previous fitter and the guys were able to come the same day and begin the fitting of the flooring. Returned the next day during a snow storm and finished it all up. Very knowledgeable and helpful and once finished left a perfect flooring. Thanks again for all your help, will be recommending to anyone who needs flooring.
