  Isaac was fabulous from the start. He made sure to keep us informed of every process of the fitting. He will tell you if something isn’t right or if he thinks something can be changed for the better. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Very friendly guy. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend.

  Massive thanks to Isaac, Stan and Charlie for their amazing work on fitting a perfect bathroom for us, just before Christmas! His communication throughout was attentive, and informed us with anything going on. The team were always on time/earlier, eager to get going. Not only did they give us an amazing new bathroom, they helped assiduously with other problems we had around the house without question. The team work so well together and have high standards and made sure we were left with high quality work even if it meant staying later than needed. We would highly recommend to anyone in need!

  Isaac carefully removed our old kitchen, ensuring that waste was removed the following day. He demonstrated superb craftsmanship whilst installing our new kitchen and utility room, providing excellent suggestions where fine details were concerned. Charlie's plastering was pristine, allowing flat surfaces for new white tiles that bounce light around what had been a very dingy space. Pat provided lighting solutions that flood our new kitchen with a superb balance of light. Stan rectified previous pipework issues and installed neat, modern solutions. As a family, we highly recommend Modown.

  Issaic was very diligent and professional in his approach. We needed a full house refuirb for our new home, but decided to test builders by giving them a job at a time. One to see how they did in terms of price and the other in terms of quality. Issaic smashed it on both regards. His honesty, thoughtfulness and exceptional workmanship meant that he got the majority of the work. Thoughtfulness in terms of giving us ideas, feedback and making sure we where happy with the job. And doing a few extra bits. Would 100% recommend him and his company
