    We needed a gate post replaced which had rotted away, plus a concrete post, gravel board and a few panels. From my initial request on Checkatrade, they responded the same afternoon and visited the next day to assess the work and provided a quote. I accepted the quote and was very quickly provided with a date for the work to be done. They arrived on the agreed day at the time specified and completed the required work to a very good standard.

    Was contacted by company and said in the way at 3.15.Pm. Never turned up and when I called him he said had chidreren in his car and did not like my comments. Should be deflected from AK's a trader as he does not to meet appointment dates he also does not follow up phone confirmations
