    From when Iain visited to provide the quote, he was punctual and his comms were spot on, cheerful and lots of love for my nosy dog! He was approx 15% cheaper than the two other businesses I saw who seemed to be providing comparable products. I chose Iain because unlike the others, he was able to tell all his info to me - I'm female - without his eyes automatically going to my male carer as the "DIY supremo" (haha he's useless!). This is a common experience with trades and is v annoying so credit where it's due! Iain ended up installing extra loft boarding for free so I'm v happy 😀
