His prices are very reasonable and he did a superb job in our home. We will be using him again in the future, we will not consider using anyone else. We had damp in our house due to an escape of water and now we have a lovely home again thanks in part to Luke for the part he played in restoring our downstairs walls and fireplace. 5 star service from start to finish, thank you Luke
