    Martin was super from start to finish. He was really communicative, responsive, and checked I was happy with the job throughout. While I wasn't able to verify the hours he worked (I wasn't always in when he arrived / left) I believe his quote was fair and accurate, with a decent breakdown of labour/materials. The job was completed quickly and to a high standard, and he was extremely tidy and respectful of my home.

    Martin quoted and booked to begin work 2nd and 3rd April. On 31st March he texted, "Hi its Martin from MRB Property Solutions Happy Easter, sorry for the minimal contact its was long week. Will call you tomorrow but everything is OK, for tue and wed" I replied, OK. However, he didn't call the next day as promised. I text him, no response but still expecting him to show on Tuesday. He failed to show and no response to my calls/text. I initially feared he was in hospital or worse over the Easter weekend. On Thursday, I called using a different number, he answered. I said hello Martin, he hung up!

    Martin was amazing on time every day disnt let me down , correct previous work done on my home and fine perfect paint work im so happy. Easy to talk to and not one of these builders that makes you feel uncomfortable in yr own home. Would recommend him to anyone you will not be disappointed in his work. Thank you again .

We have extensive experience in property refurbishment, home improvement, maintenance, handyman services and trouble shooting.
