    The job was completed to a high standard and we are very pleased with the results. Our room has been transformed. Matthew and team were all very courteous, easy-going and professional and kept us informed about timescales for each stage of the job; they worked quickly and efficiently and left the area clean and tidy as they worked.     MRM Building And Maintenance have carried out extensive works for me including rendering a four story Victorian house, repairing window frames, repointing chimneys and outside garden steps, painting the house front and back, laying new patio and restoring and returfing the garden. At all times the team have been consistently reliable, and punctual, hardworking, tidy and courteous and communicated well keeping me updated throughout the project. The skill and quality of work, including specialised craftsmanship , has been noticeable. I would recommend MRM Building And Maintenance.

    Very satisfied. Matthew, Dom and Reece worked well and fast from the start, and never missed a day. Matthew was reasonable and clear about all the items in the quote and never came out with unexpected expenses - a rarity. Dom and Reece did most of the work and they were great: accurate, quick, and knowledgeable. The few times I wasn't 100% satisfied about a detail, they came back right away and solved the problem to my complete satisfaction. Communication was also great. I'll call them back when I'll need something else.

A little about me
With many happy and returning customers over the last 30 years, you can be sure of being well looked after. My aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. I carry out all work myself and will be your single point of contact. My customers often comment that I am approachable and cheerful; I find that a positive attitude always helps projects run smoothly with good communication throughout. year guarantees are included as standard on all completed work.

But am not limited to

All aspects of building undertaken from small works eg. fencing to new builds and extensions. If you have a plan, I will build it! I am especially interested in New Builds.

I am available during working hours, Monday to Friday, but will be flexible when it means getting your job done. Outside of these hours you are welcome to contact me  by requesting a call back.
